Sample packs are available here. Each pack will include a variety of items in different designs, and a range of the different paper stocks we offer, as well as a printed colour chart.
Please note all samples are non-returnable.
PLACING AN ORDER
Once you have found the perfect stationery style for your big day, you can place your order through our website. Please don’t forget to select your colour, and to add your stationery wording exactly as you would like it to appear on your stationery. We also ask for the bride & groom’s names, along with the wedding date for reference.
Please note there is a minimum order quantity of 30 for our wedding invitations, placecards, menus and orders of service.
You will be sent a proof of your stationery with your chosen wording within 3-5 working days of your order being received. We offer 2 rounds of proof revision, any additional proofs after this are charged at £5.00 each.
Your proofs will be sent as a PDF via email, along with a proof approval form. If you would like any changes made, please email us with as much detail as possible. If you are happy with your proof, then please complete and return your proof approval form as soon as possible.
Please take time to check your proofs very carefully, as whilst we do our best to flag any potential typos, once your artwork has been sent to print, no further changes are able to be made.
Please allow up to 2 weeks from approval for the delivery of your invitations. Our standard delivery charge is £4.95 for parcels up to 2kg.
Large items such as table plans will be sent via Parcelforce at a cost of £9.95.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
If you are unhappy in anyway, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
Whilst we are committed to customer satisfaction, there are some situations where we are unfortunately unable to offer refunds:
AFTER PROOF APPROVAL
We cannot accept returns or process refunds due to errors on approved proofs (e.g. typos), regardless of where the error originated. While we do our best to call attention to any errors we may see during the proofing process, final proofing is ultimately the responsibility of the client. Once approved, your stationery will be printed exactly as shown in the final proofs.
Should you need to cancel or make a change after print approval, please contact us as soon a possible. Depending on whether your order has gone into production, we may be able to cancel it and process your refund less the design costs. This cancellation fee will be 25% of the order value, or £50 whichever is greater if you cancel your order after the proofs have been emailed to you. Once your order has gone to print, we are unable to offer a refund.
We are unable to accept returns because your printed stationery does not match the colours you see on your screen. All computer monitors and screens will display colour differently and may not be an accurate representation of how your order will print. To get the best idea of how your chosen colours will print, we recommend ordering one of our sample packs.
